Coming soon: a voice AI assistant in ATRIUMA Backoffice

We’re preparing a new way to work with Backoffice: ask questions by voice or text and choose whether the assistant replies aloud. Here’s a first look at the upcoming feature.

A conversational AI assistant is coming soon to ATRIUMA Backoffice. We’re preparing a way to ask questions by voice, hear spoken replies and switch to text whenever that suits you better.

The aim is to let everyday lookups begin with a natural question. Instead of interrupting your train of thought to find the right screen, you’ll be able to start a conversation with the assistant inside Backoffice.

Your question, your choice

The preview interface offers Voice and Text modes. To start a voice conversation, allow microphone access and tap the orb. Your spoken question is transcribed and added to the conversation.

A separate Reply aloud option lets you choose whether to hear the response. You can also type messages and read the replies — at the office, during a meeting or whenever you prefer a quiet interaction.

A first example: checking your calendar

One of the preview examples asks about upcoming commitments: “Do I have calendar appointments in the next six hours?” Ask the question in the conversation and receive an answer, rather than searching for the event manually. The conversation list lets you return to an earlier topic or start a new one.
